Job summary

Santos Knight Frank seeks a facilities maintenance professional in Taguig (BGC) to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for facility equipment and systems, and to conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and performance issues. The role involves coordinating planned maintenance activities with operations to minimize disruption and downtime.

• Planning and coordinating facility maintenance and Repair activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Providing technical expertise and support for facility-related projects and initiatives.

• Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards related to facility operations.

• Developing and maintaining accurate records and documentation related to facility equipment, maintenance, and repairs.

• Providing technical guidance and training to facility staff on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.

• Assisting with the implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.

• Maintaining an energy management program to ensure all systems operate in the most efficient manner.

• Reviewing inspection reports for building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design capabilities and environmental conditions prescribed by the client.

• Applying in depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions
