Job summary

Shangri-La Boracay is seeking a Shift Engineer to ensure the optimal operation of all mechanical systems within the hotel. You will lead and supervise the engineering team, coordinating maintenance and repairs to provide a seamless guest experience in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Mechanical Engineer with experience in an international 5* hotel group, fluent in English, and willing to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer.
• Experience with an International 5* Hotel Group.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all mechanical equipment in the hotel.
• Manage, coach, and supervise the engineering technicians.
• Ensure all equipment runs smoothly at all times.
• Carry out and prioritize emergency work requests.
• Support engineering projects through planning, supervision, and execution.
• Support the audit and training programs.
