Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field is required.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in electrical/electronic engineering in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control systems and circuits.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot machines in manufacturing related to PLC programming, circuit control boards and motors.
• Conduct analyses and simulations to ensure electrical designs meet safety and performance specs.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, project managers and technicians to deliver integrated solutions.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and provide supervision during installation and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Maintain records of designs, tests, and project modifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through technical innovation and process optimisation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, project managers, and technicians to deliver integrated solutions
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements

• Conduct site inspections and provide technical supervision during installation and commissioning of electrical systems
• Maintain accurate records of designs, tests, and project modifications
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through technical innovation and process optimisation

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in electrical or electronic engineering hands on in manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control systems, and electronic circuits
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities with the capacity to work collaboratively across departments
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments would be advantageous
