Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment Specialist to assist the SHES Supervisor in implementing safety and health plans for projects and facilities. You will ensure OSH programs meet government regulations and company policies while contributing to safer operations and community impact.

Responsibilities include drafting safety plans, managing OSH programs through inspections and audits, renewing permits, and coaching site teams in OSH implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of Safety and Construction experience.
• 3 years of Project Experience.
• BOSH certification.
• COSH certification.
• Additional safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist SHES Supervisor in administering safety and health plans across projects and facilities.
• Draft safety plans with appropriate standards to prevent accidents and incidents.
• Manage OSH programs through inspections, audits and validations.
• Renew OSH permits and licenses and monitor to avoid penalties.
• Address OSH non-compliance issues through cross-functional coordination.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety rules and laws.
