Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Safety, Health, and Environment Supervisor in Navotas City, Metro Manila. You will lead planning, implementing, and monitoring SHE programs to ensure regulatory and company compliance while supporting energy transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing safety programs, conducting inspections, coordinating with teams, and serving as PHESSCOM secretary. A strong safety background and OSH certification are required, with a focus on Hazard identification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Engineering, Occupational Safety or Environmental Science).
• Experience in Safety, Health, Environment (OSH) within industrial/energy settings.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine health and safety laws and standards.
• Certified Safety Officer with OSH training/certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Health and Safety programs and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and enforce corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory permits, licenses, and certifications.
• Coordinate safety measures with maintenance and technical teams.
• Act as Secretary of the PHESSCOM and oversee safety governance.
