Job summary

World Vision is seeking a SharePoint Platform Engineer to govern, optimize, and continuously improve SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration services. You will build scalable business applications, automate processes, and create secure integrations that enhance content management and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration expertise.
• Advanced SharePoint Online administration and governance knowledge.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, SPFx, and PowerShell automation.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration & Governance: configure, govern, optimize, and implement secure permissions and RBAC.
• Information Architecture & Content Management: design metadata-driven information structures and modern SharePoint capabilities.
• Workflow Automation & Business Solutions: build low-code/no-code solutions using Power Automate and SharePoint Lists.
• Integration & Solution Support: manage integrations between SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Graph APIs, and enterprise apps.
• Automation, Scripting & Continuous Improvement: develop PowerShell scripts and monitor platform health.
