Job summary

TTEC in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. You’ll help customers with empathy, resolve queries, and contribute to a positive experience.

We value strong communication, computer skills, and a willingness to work at our Sta. Rosa site; prior BPO or customer service experience is a plus. Learn and grow with a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with a Senior High School diploma or at least 2 years of college education.
• Requires 6 months of customer service or BPO experience for high school graduates of the old curriculum.

Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm at 2nd Floor, Robinsons Sta. Rosa,Brgy.Tagapo, Old National Highway, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

What You Bring to the Role
