Job summary

Rolling Arrays seeks an experienced HRIS leader to own end-to-end module delivery and drive client workshops. You will shape solution architecture, manage senior stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.

You will mentor junior consultants, oversee HRIS certifications, and ensure timely delivery across HRIS implementations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years HRIS experience with at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong leadership, client management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated people management and team development capability.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required.

Job description

ROLE SUMMARY: Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability.

KEY TASKS

• Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities
• Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization
• Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively
• Team Leadership & Mentoring - Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback
