DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SEWING LINE LEADER Oversee the production line, ensuring product quality, and cultivating skilled and motivated workers. With experience in undergarments, preferably in Brassieres & Panties

• 1, Check the production process to improve the efficiency of the workers, line balancing, and organize tasks for production workers to meet the target quota.
• 2. Check the production line quality, implementing quality control measures, ensuring that it meets the quality standards per customer requirements.
• 3. Collaborate with the technical team and participate in the pre-production meeting
• 4. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the whole production team, and be a role model of the line.
• 5. Check & follow the safety measures of the line.
• 6. Build a good working relationship with the workers.
• 7. Close supervision of the line from time to time.
• 8. The key goal is to meet the deadline and deliver

Job Qualifications

• 1. Proven experience in garment manufacturing is crucial, often several years, with a minimum number of years of production or leadership experience.
