Job summary

A local garment manufacturing company is seeking a high school graduate or vocational course holder to lead and supervise the sewing line team. The candidate must have at least two years of operational experience in a garment manufacturing setting and be proficient in sewing standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient operations, monitoring production quality, and training team members. A performance bonus and government mandated benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years operational experience in handling sewing operations in a garment manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in all facets of sewing standard operating procedures and process flow.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
