Job summary

Citibank Philippines is seeking a data remediation specialist to manage multiple remediation work streams within a capital markets context. You will work a fixed APAC shift from 10am to 7pm, remediate client data across Citi systems, and perform trend analyses to identify root causes.

You will liaise with global teams, support internal stakeholders with metrics, own ad-hoc projects, and ensure compliance. You will assess risk, provide solutions, and participate in UAT including weekend releases

Qualifications

• Knowledge of managing data remediation work streams and projects.
• Experience maintaining client static data in capital markets.
• Ability to take ownership and be accountable.
• Skills to identify, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work fixed APAC shift from 10am to 7pm.
• Remediate data in Clients and Security Coding systems.
• Perform trend analysis and identify root causes; implement or suggest solutions based on analysis.
• Liaise with global teams to ensure data quality remediation.
• Provide high-level customer service to internal stakeholders.
• Own ad-hoc projects from inception to completion.
• Provide tangible metrics to management.
• Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
• Authenticate and remediate client data using multiple internal and external Citi systems.
• Perform maker (1st level) processing with training on checker (2nd level) review to follow.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing, including occasional weekend release testing as part of a team.
