Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Team Lead, Settlement Accounting to lead a global team responsible for accurate financial reporting, risk management, and process improvements that support seamless payment operations. This role operates on a 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM Philippine Time schedule and engages with stakeholders across international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Accounting.
• 4+ years of accounting experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, audit, or related functions.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, and reporting standards.
• Experience in settlement accounting, payments, banking, or fintech environments is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems and reconciliation tools.
• Exposure to automation and process improvement initiatives.
