Job summary

Insight in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Service Coordinator to help keep technology deployments organized, on schedule, and moving smoothly from start to finish. This hybrid role requires coordinating with end users, technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure timelines are met.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in service coordination or stakeholder management, strong English communication, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Teams.

• Experience coordinating technology deployment and hardware support is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology deployment schedules with end users, technicians, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Serve as a key point of contact for scheduling, deployment updates, and coordination.
• Track project timelines, appointments, deployment progress, and completion milestones.
• Maintain accurate deployment, asset, and project documentation.
• Identify delays or scheduling conflicts and elevate issues when needed.
• Support client updates, reporting, and post-deployment/project closure activities.

What youll do at Insight

• Coordinate technology deployment schedules with end users, technicians, vendors, and client stakeholders.

What youll need to join Insight

• Amenable to work on a hybrid working arrangement and graveyard shift
• 1-2 years experience in service coordination, stakeholder management (internal and client), and technology deployment (hardware support)
• Industry experience in IT or technology environment is an advantage
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and project-tracking tools.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
