Job summary

DXC Technology Philippines is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Developer to join our fast-paced delivery team. You will design and implement ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/SPM solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and help drive innovative IT operations across client environments.

The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, an ITOM-Discovery certification, and strong skills in cloud, networking, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Must have 6-8 years relevant experience in ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/SPM).
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• With a minimum of 6 years in a similar technical architecture role.
• Expert-level certification in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) - Discovery.
• Strong technical skills in cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in an Account Delivery role, with a strong understanding of account management and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
