Job summary

VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to lead the implementation, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform in India. Based in Pune or Bangalore, you’ll design scalable solutions, manage integrations, and ensure platform stability with a strong business logic focus.

You should have 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience, plus expertise in Service Portal customization and agile ways of working. CSA certification is a plus.

About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to lead the implementation, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform at VOIS. This role is based in Pune or Bangalore and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. The individual will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, managing integrations, and ensuring platform stability. A strong understanding of business logic, agile methodologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to succeed in this role.

What you’ll do

• End-to-end development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and customisations
• Design and enhance Service Portals to ensure full coverage of platform features
• Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins
• Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
• Align developed code with business logic and complex implementation requirements
• Create and maintain documentation for development and compliance purposes
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and analysts to ensure seamless testing and communication
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and security protocols
• Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow developments and recommend improvements

Who you are

• A ServiceNow professional with at least 5 years of experience in development and administration
• Proficient in-Service Portal development and customisation
• Experienced in implementing complex integrations using web services and plugins
• Familiar with SCDL workflows and agile methodologies
• A critical thinker with strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Effective communicator with experience in team leadership
• Preferably certified with ServiceNow CSA and Micro certification in Service Portal
