Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Data Quality & Knowledge Analyst to join our team in Taguig, Philippines. You will cleanse and optimise the CMDB and Knowledge Management repositories, design and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards, and ensure data quality for AI readiness.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to the AI implementation roadmap while supporting operational efficiency and accurate billing.

Qualifications

Knowledge of ITSM processes.
Familiarity with CMDB best practices and data governance frameworks.
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and advanced reporting features.
Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB Health dashboards and data quality assessment tools.
Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata, and categorisation for structuring CMDB records and knowledge articles.
Experience reconciling ServiceNow CMDB with external sources.

Responsibilities

CMDB data cleansing and normalisation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Validate and correct CI relationships for accurate service dependencies.
Apply consistent naming conventions and metadata for AI readiness.
Manage knowledge article lifecycle with structured metadata and tagging.
Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Provide governance updates and collaborate with stakeholders on data quality improvements.
Document procedures and support self-service reporting adoption.
