Job summary

SJK-Guahan Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to assemble carts and manage service repairs and maintenance of our equipment. You will ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of our systems while delivering excellent customer service.

On-site position in Manila with 1–3 years of experience; a basic understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and auto electrical systems is preferred. The role involves troubleshooting, inventory support, and collaboration with the workshop team.

Qualifications

• At least one year of working experience as a technician or service-related role.
• Intermediate English and computer skills.
• Good technical writing skills.
• Familiarity with equipment service terms, tools, and procedures.
• Basic understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and auto electrical systems.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Graduate of mechanical or electrical vocational course or at least 1-year in specialized training.

Responsibilities

• Perform the assembly, and handle all service repairs and maintenance of SJK-Guahan equipment.
• Proficiently troubleshoot service issues, ranging from simple to complicated and complex problems.
• Become familiar with Club Car, Jacobsen, and Wacker Neuson equipment, understanding their operation and repair requirements.
• Collaborate with the Service Specialist, Service Executive or Workshop Team Leader to address service warranty and parts-related issues.
• Assist in maintenance of inventory for equipment, parts, and tools.
• Provide support to the warehouse team in regularly monitoring parts inventory.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer care, promptly communicating customer feedback to your immediate supervisor.
• Actively identify and report any near-miss or potentially dangerous situations for safety awareness and prevention.
• Promptly report any job-related irregularities or unsafe acts in the shop to ensure immediate correction and maintain a safe working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• At least one year of working experience as a technician or service-related role.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and computer skills.
• Good technical writing skills.
• Familiarity with equipment industry service terms, tools, and procedures, preferably in automotive or similar fields. Basic understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and auto electrical systems.
• Strong drive to learn, diligent and punctual to work.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
