Job summary

DB International Sales and Services Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to support Dunham-Bush chillers and related HVAC products. You will attend to customer needs with a proactive approach to operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities include performing routine preventive maintenance, monitoring newly started-up chillers, submitting reports on abnormal readings, and aiding in repair and installation. The ideal candidate is a graduate of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Technology, has HVAC

Qualifications

• Graduate in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Technology or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC equipment including chillers, AHU, FCU, compressors.
• NC II certificate preferred.
• At least 1 year working experience in the field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend and resolve customer concerns about chillers and related products.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Assist in monitoring newly started-up chillers and submit reports for abnormalities.
• Provide installation and repair assistance; conduct regular client visits within the area of responsibility.

About the Role The Service Technician role attends and resolves customer needs and concerns with a proactive mindset regarding technical operation of Dunham-Bush chillers and other related products. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routinary preventive maintenance.

Assist in the monitoring of newly started-up chillers and submit report for any abnormal results in monitoring the unit. Provide assistance in repair and installation of products. Conduct a regular routine visitation of client's within the area of responsibility.

QualificationsAt least a Graduate of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Technology or equivalent courses;With background and product knowledge of HVAC equipment (i.e. Chillers, AHU, FCU, Compressors, etc.);Preferably NC II Certificate holder;Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in the same field.
