Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Service Request Coordinator (B2B AU Telco) in the Philippines. Based onsite in BGC, Taguig, you will manage the RFC lifecycle, ensure SLA adherence, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to deliver end-to-end service requests.

You will apply ITIL/ITSM principles, manage billing, and protect revenue while building strong client relationships and driving process improvements across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT networks, managed services, or a technical ops environment.
• Solid ITIL/ITSM grounding and ability to apply in service delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels and teams.
• Familiarity with RFC processes, CMDB, and service lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end RFC lifecycle: validation, quotes, approvals, execution.
• Ensure SLA compliance, accurate billing, and revenue protection.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and partners for timely fulfillment.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy to support monitoring and reporting needs.
• Build and manage customer relationships with proactive updates.
• Identify and drive process improvements to reduce revenue leakage.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
