Qualifications

• Experience in teller operations or branch cashiering.
• Familiar with ATM operations and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to assist in branch marketing initiatives and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the over-all cash and marketing operations of the branch.
• Ensures secured and continued availability of ATM operations and assumes accounting responsibility on vouching of transactions.
• Ensures adherence to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance with service standards by branch personnel.
• Assists in achieving branch financial targets.

Job Mandate:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of tellering, cashiering and ATM operations of the branch. Ensures prompt and efficient service delivery in compliance with the bank's service standards and internal control. Responsible or the daily operations of the Marketing Section of the branch and provides assistance to the Branch Head in marketing the Bank's products and services.

Duties & responsibilities:
