Ensure efficient scheduling and allocation of repair and maintenance work.
Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
Establish and implement service processes that improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance services are performed according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
Monitor repair quality and minimize repeat repairs or customer complaints.
Conduct regular quality inspections and performance reviews.
Provide technical guidance and support to technicians when necessary.
Ensure customers receive professional and timely service throughout their service experience Handle escalated customer concerns and service-related complaints.
Work closely with the Service Advisor to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
Develop initiatives that encourage repeat service business and customer loyalty.
Supervise the Parts Manager to ensure adequate inventory levels and parts availability.
Monitor parts procurement, inventory accuracy, and stock control processes. Ensure timely availability of parts required for repairs and maintenance activities.
Control inventory costs and minimize stock variances.
Lead, coach, and develop service department personnel.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback.
Identify training needs and support employee development programs.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Monitor departmental revenue, expenses, productivity, and profitability.
Prepare service forecasts, budgets, and operational reports.
Track departmental KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Support dealership goals through effective service sales and operational management.
Ensure workshop facilities, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and utilized.
Enforce workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Monitor compliance with environmental and waste disposal requirements.
Prepare regular service performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction reports.
Submit departmental reports and recommendations to the Dealer Principal.
