Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Manager, Service Management Office to lead the Enterprise Service Management delivery governance in Manila. You will drive ITIL-based improvements across transitions, ICT request, asset/configuration, change and problem management, ensuring high-quality, observable service outcomes for Philippine clients.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, leadership, and the ability to influence across levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Service Management experience
• ITIL-based process knowledge
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to interact at all levels

Responsibilities

• Lead Transitions, ICT Request, Asset and Configuration, Change and Problem teams to deliver service improvements
• Oversee Manila Service Management Team and ensure operational health for customers
• Produce and review service management reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation and improvement plans
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve delivery challenges
