G-Drive Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated engineering graduate to join our operations team in Metro Manila. The role supports workforce planning, project lifecycle oversight, and financial workflows across service and billing processes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in mechanical or electrical engineering, strong English/Filipino communication, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Interest in sustainability and energy solutions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operations & Workforce Management: Strategize and monitor daily itineraries for technicians; ensure quality service.
• Project Lifecycle & Technical Oversight: Lead project execution from bidding to delivery including Genset installations (PDI).
• Financial Administration & Billing: Assist in cost build-ups, quotations, requisitions, and service/project billing workflows.
• Reporting & Database Integrity: Maintain project data and provide progress reports to heads.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operations & Workforce Management: Strategize and monitor daily itineraries for internal and outsourced technicians, ensuring high-quality service execution and tracking.
• Project Lifecycle & Technical Oversight: Lead project execution from bidding and site inspections to final delivery, including the technical monitoring of Genset installations (PDI) and works.
• Financial Administration & Billing: Assist in managing the end-to-end financial workflow, including cost build-ups, supplier quotations, purchase requisitions, and the facilitation of service/project billing through AR and IMMS platforms.
• Reporting & Database Integrity: Maintain comprehensive project databases and technical documentation; provide regular progress reports to department heads to ensure transparency in service accomplishments and unit deliveries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (fresh grads welcome) in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
• Fluent in oral and written communication in English / Filipino
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Innovative, creative, resilient and persistent. Willing to learn
• Excellent analytical skill, proficiency with MS applications
• Interested in sustainability and the energy sector
