Job summary

Aether Global Technology Inc. is seeking a Service Desk- Technical Support SME to provide hands-on hardware, software, and local data communication support at sites in Makati, Laguna, and Albay.

You will own incident recording, initial troubleshooting, and on-site asset maintenance. The role operates as Level 1 support with responsibilities across IMACS requests, workstation/Laptop support, and Office 365 environments.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant technical training certificate or matching project experience.
• Mandatory platform certifications with at least 2 years of hands-on technical experience.
• Proficiency configuring and supporting Microsoft Windows 8.1 or higher environments.
• Direct experience supporting Microsoft Office 2016 (or higher) and cloud Office 365 applications.
• Active HP Certification specialized in Desktop and Printer hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate Level 1 service desk support for hardware, software, and core applications.
• Log, gather diagnostic data, and generate trouble tickets for incoming calls.
• Manage lifecycle of incidents and support requests to resolution.
• Process IMACS tracking requests (Install, Move, Additions, Changes).
• Support workstations, laptops (HP/Lenovo) and peripherals; contribute to on-site repair tasks.
• Troubleshoot Windows endpoints and basic network connectivity issues.
• Assist with patching, virus scanning, and endpoint security updates.
• Perform semi-annual PM/CM routines for PCs and peripherals.
