Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking an L1 Support professional to resolve routine hardware and software issues at our Cebu IT Park location in the Philippines. The role involves direct customer engagement, coordinating with NCR and third-party technicians, and maintaining incident records to ensure service level targets are met.

The ideal candidate has basic PC literacy, Windows know-how, and strong communication skills to support clients across our global platform-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• Basic PC literacy, keyboard proficiency and understanding of Windows-based applications/tools.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Resolves recurring or standard problems with customers.
• Works with NCR and third-party technicians to resolve HW or SW issues.
• Maintains daily and weekly incident tracking sheets.
• Reviews incident history to identify recurring faults.
• Provides technical support for hardware and software installation, configuration, and updates.
• Allocates engineer appointment times for on-site jobs and updates work orders.
• Responds to escalated calls and participates in product or customer-base training.
