Unisys is seeking an IT support specialist in Metro Manila to handle moderately complex inquiries, following established guidelines and applying sound judgment gained from incident experience.

You will assist with hardware, software, client and COTS applications, and network and user administration, escalating when needed and ensuring timely resolution of incidents while upholding Unisys standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• May require technical certification or Associate Degree.
• Generally, 1-2 years’ experience in area of responsibility.
