Thrive is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to oversee our Support team in Pampanga, Philippines. You will supervise case assessment, routing escalations, and resolution of low-level cases, while mentoring engineers and driving KPI achievement.

Ideal candidates have a leadership background, strong communication skills, and ITIL experience. Remote/onsite coordination and weekend/on-call flexibility may be required as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
