Job summary

SKF Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in the Philippines to lead service operations and ensure flawless execution of commitments. You will manage end-to-end service delivery, drive safety and quality, and build high-performing teams while strengthening customer relationships.

Direct reports: 2; reporting to Head of Service, Philippines. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Reliability Engineering and Technical Teams to translate requirements into executable delivery plans

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing service delivery, field service operations, engineering projects, or industrial maintenance activities.
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment, maintenance practices, reliability engineering, and industrial service environments.
• Expertise in project planning, resource management, cost control, risk management, and execution governance.
• Experience managing subcontractors, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer expectations and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of SKF service projects and recurring service agreements.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective execution across all customer engagements.
• Translate customer commitments into clear execution plans with defined timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Drive operational readiness by ensuring availability of people, tools, equipment, materials, and site requirements.
• Coach, mentor, and develop service delivery resources; optimize workforce planning and capability development.
• Serve as the primary operational contact during project execution; manage communications and escalations.
• Maintain documentation, invoicing readiness, and project governance; protect margins.
