Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking enthusiastic Service Crew members for our West Triangle location in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This casual role focuses on delivering friendly service and creating a welcoming dining atmosphere.

You will greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve food and drinks, handle payments, keep areas clean, and support teammates while working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Training will be provided, and prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for friendly customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and food service environment.
• Reliability and punctuality with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly service at POS and interactions.
• Take orders accurately and ensure prompt processing.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in customer areas, counters, and stations.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and concerns with professionalism.
• Process payments and operate POS systems accurately.
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Follow health and safety regulations and food handling protocols.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
