Job summary

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Service Associate to oversee periodic reviews of Trust, Investment Management and other Fiduciary accounts, ensuring investments align with mandates, performance targets, and regulatory requirements.

The role involves coordinating document requests, maintaining review templates, and communicating findings to relevant units to support timely action and compliance within BPI Wealth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and request relevant documents and account information necessary for the daily execution on the review of accounts
• Prepares and maintains the review template to ensure alignment with applicable regulations, internal policies, and guidelines, and update data references periodically to ensure reviews are based on the most current reports,
• Monitors and conducts the actual review of accounts to ensure appropriateness in account administration, investment objectives and documentations in accordance with the parameters set forth by the clients, policies and guidelines of BPI Wealth, and the applicable laws, rules, and directives of the regulators
• Assist in relaying review findings and recommendations to the appropriate business units to facilitate timely action and resolution.
• Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Accounts Review Officer to support the team’s operational goals

Job description

The Service Associate is primarily responsible for the periodic review of Trust, Investment Management and other Fiduciary accounts to ascertain that the appropriateness of investments and performance of the accounts are aligned with the mandate and adheres to the governing documents and regulators.
