Job summary

Exypnox Inc, Boostlingo partner, builds, publishes, and maintains content on the Boostlingo website using WordPress and Elementor. You will turn designs and briefs into polished, responsive pages, and draft web and blog content.

You will implement on-page SEO, coordinate with Marketing, Product, and SMEs, and ensure pages reflect designs with QA before going live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, multimedia arts or related field.
• 2+ years publishing website content.
• Strong WordPress and Elementor with responsive pages.
• Knowledge of web design, responsive design, usability and on-page SEO.
• Experience using Claude, ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
• Excellent English writing and editing for web and blog content.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Based in Metro Manila and able to work onsite as required.

Job description

The Web Content Specialist builds, publishes, and maintains content across the Boostlingo website, turning designs, briefs, and AI-generated concepts into polished, responsive pages using WordPress and Elementor.

You’ll also draft web and blog content, implement SEO updates, and ensure pages accurately reflect the provided designs. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong WordPress and Elementor skills, solid writing ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Content & Maintenance

• Build, update, and maintain pages in WordPress and Elementor.

• Turn designs, briefs, and content into polished, responsive web pages.

• Keep layouts, formatting, navigation, and page structure consistent across the site.

• QA every page for responsiveness, links, formatting, and functionality before it goes live.

AI & Web Production

• Use tools like Claude and ChatGPT to support website production and content workflows.

• Help translate concepts from Boostlingo's Claude Design system into Elementor builds.

• Test workflow improvements and suggest ways to shorten the path from AI-generated design to live webpage.

• Hold quality and brand standards in every AI-assisted build.

Content & SEO Support

• Draft website copy and blog content from briefs, research, and subject matter expert input, with editorial review from the Content Editor.

• Implement SEO updates and refreshes across website pages and blogs as directed by the SEO/AI Search Specialist.

• Apply on-page SEO basics: headings, internal links, metadata, and alt text.

Coordination & Project Management

• Manage multiple website and content projects, requests, deadlines, and rounds of feedback.

• Communicate clearly with Marketing, Sal(e), Product, and Subject matter experts.

• Track work from request through review, QA, and publication.

• Proactively flag blockers, questions, and technical issues.

Hybrid Work Set-up:

Strictly one (1) office day in BGC.

Shift Schedule:

3:00 PM - 12:00 AM | Midshift

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience building, managing, or publishing website content.

• Strong hands‑on experience with WordPress and Elementor, including building responsive pages from designs or mockups.

• Working knowledge of web design, responsive design, usability, and on-page SEO.

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms, with an interest in improving AI‑assisted web workflows.

• Strong English writing and editing skills, with experience creating website, blog, and SEO content.

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

• Proactive problem‑solver who can work effectively with minimal supervision.

• employees must be based in Metro Manila and work from within Metro Manila due to operational requirements.
