Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience including direct responsibility for Google Ads Search campaigns and SEO implementation.
• Proven Google Ads experience managing campaign budgets, targeting, search terms and bidding; ability to explain changes and results.
• Practical SEO experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, local SEO and routine technical issues, supported by Google Search Console or analytics results.
• Ability to independently manage WordPress pages and landing pages, redirects and routine website issues, with basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Hands-on GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager experience, including setting up or troubleshooting conversion tracking.
• Understanding of lead-generation campaigns, landing-page optimization, cost per lead and lead quality.
• Excellent written English, analytical and problem-solving skills, and clear communication of results and recommendations.
• Ability to organize work across multiple brands and websites, manage time, investigate issues and complete routine work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• SEO research and content: Research keywords, search intent and competitors; identify content and landing-page opportunities; optimize titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links and existing content.
• SEO performance and technical issues: Use Google Search Console to monitor queries, rankings, traffic and indexing. Investigate declines, implement local SEO for service-area businesses, resolve routine technical issues and coordinate advanced fixes with developers.
• Google Ads management: Build, manage and optimize Search campaigns, including keywords, match types, negative keywords, responsive search ads, assets, geographic targeting, bidding and budgets. Review search terms and spending regularly.
• Paid-search results: Investigate underperforming campaigns, align ads with landing pages and recommend budget adjustments based on conversions, qualified leads and revenue rather than clicks alone.
• WordPress management: Create and update pages, landing pages, navigation, links, images and content across multiple websites. Manage redirects, improve page performance, troubleshoot basic plugin issues and make basic HTML/CSS edits.
• Conversion tracking: Set up, test and troubleshoot GA4 and Google Ads conversions using Google Tag Manager where appropriate. Track forms, calls and other lead actions; investigate duplicate conversions and discrepancies between platforms and actual leads.
• Lead generation and website improvements: Evaluate traffic sources, user behavior, forms, calls to action and conversion rates. Research competitor offers and develop campaigns for prospective property owners, HOA/condo associations and home-services customers.
• Reporting and priorities: Provide clear reports, identify problems and opportunities, and recommend next steps across brands. Connect marketing activity to qualified leads and customers, maintain website quality and elevate issues when needed.
