Job summary

Pinoy SEO is hiring a hands-on SEO Manager to own execution and drive measurable growth in rankings, organic traffic and leads. This is an individual contributor role with remote work, requiring daily hands-on SEO work and ownership of outcomes.

You will develop and implement on-site and technical SEO, perform audits, optimize pages and metadata, build links, manage GBP posting, monitor KPIs, and report findings.

Qualifications

• Daily SEO execution and manual publishing experience.
• GBP posting experience.
• Strategic understanding and implementation of SEO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
• Perform on-site and technical SEO improvements.
• Conduct SEO audits and identify opportunities.
• Optimize website pages, metadata, internal linking, and on-page elements.
• Review SEO content drafts and ensure best practices are followed.
• Manually publish and optimize content across websites and platforms.
• Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Research relevant link-building and authority opportunities.
• Manage Google Business Profile posting and optimization activities.
• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, leads, and SEO metrics.
• Analyze SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve visibility.
• Troubleshoot SEO issues and provide practical solutions.
• Maintain daily SEO execution and project priorities.
• Communicate SEO progress, findings, and recommendations clearly.
