Job summary

Raise Financial Services is seeking a skilled SEO Content Writer to join our growth team in Mumbai. You will own end-to-end SEO strategies, including on-page, technical, and performance optimization, to improve rankings across major search channels.

You will analyze performance with Lighthouse, PageSpeed, and Core Web Vitals, collaborating with design and development to enhance UI/UX and user engagement. Knowledge of CMS tools and ASO is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO in product/fintech.
• Strong grasp of technical SEO fundamentals and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Ghost, or similar CMS.
• Practical knowledge of ASO strategies and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with proactive growth mindset.
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
• Experience or interest in stock market or trading is a strong plus.
• Experience in fintech/stockbroking environment helpful.
• Ability to collaborate with product and engineering in agile environments.

As a part of the growth team at Raise, you will work closely with the SEO Lead on organic acquisition initiatives. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search channels. You will also manage all SEO campaigns in order to maximize ROI.

Expected Responsibilities:

• Own and execute end-to-end SEO strategies, including on-page, technical, and performance optimization.
• Analyze and improve website performance based on Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to improve page layouts, UI/UX, and user engagement metrics.
• Conduct regular technical audits and identify issues affecting crawlability, indexing, and ranking.
• Implement structured data, schema markup, and internal linking strategies.
• Optimize app listings through App Store Optimization (ASO) for both Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Track and report performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Play Console.
• Use market intelligence tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, AppTweak, etc.) for research, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity analysis.
• Contribute to content strategy by identifying keyword gaps, topic opportunities, and SERP trends.
• Take full ownership of SEO planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination with content, design, tech, and product teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a product or fintech company.
• Strong grasp of technical SEO fundamentals and performance metrics.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Ghost, or others.
• Practical knowledge of ASO strategies and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive mindset toward growth.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive outcomes.
• Experience or interest in the stock market, investing, or trading is a strong plus.
• Having worked in a fintech, stockbroking, or financial product environment.
• Ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams in agile environments.

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).
