Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital marketing, account management, or client success, including hands-on SEO fundamentals.
• Solid SEO concepts: keywords, on-page, technical basics; strong analytics/reporting
• Experience presenting performance using GA4 and Search Console; Looker Studio, Semrush proficiency
• Advanced proficiency with ClickUp or similar PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello)
• Experience with AI platforms and tools
• Excellent spoken and written English; client-friendly communication

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for assigned SEO accounts; host monthly performance calls and check-ins
• Translate strategy into actionable tasks using AI-enabled ClickUp workflow; review AI recommendations and drive implementation
• Report on SEO performance using GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio; explain outcomes clearly
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time execution; no content creation required
• Own meeting cadence and scheduling with clients; set agendas and capture decisions in ClickUp
• Handle onboarding items (connect GA4, Search Console, GTM) and ensure data flows correctly
• Perform QA on site updates and assets and validate visibility in Google Business Profile
• Respond to client questions within 24 business hours and surface issues with solutions
• Maintain documentation, timelines, and status notes in ClickUp; track tasks to completion
• Contribute to refining processes and playbooks for AI-assisted SEO management

We are hiring a SEO & AI Search Account Manager for a marketing and web design agency in the digital marketing industry. This is a Part-Time remote role for a US-based client. The role is focused on client-facing SEO account management, analytics reporting, and coordinating AI-driven implementation tasks in ClickUp. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, analytical, and an excellent communicator who is comfortable using AI tools and working in a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for assigned SEO accounts; host monthly performance calls and ad-hoc check-ins
• Translate strategy into actionable tasks, leveraging an AI-enabled ClickUp workflow; review AI recommendations, apply human judgment, and drive implementation with the team
• Report on SEO performance (e.g., rankings, impressions, traffic, leads) using GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio; explain outcomes and next steps in clear, client-friendly language
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, SEO specialist, developers, project manager) to ensure on-time execution; no content creation required
• Own meeting cadence and scheduling with clients; set agendas, capture decisions, and manage follow-ups in ClickUp
• Handle hands-on onboarding items as needed (e.g., connect GA4, Search Console, GTM) and ensure data is flowing correctly
• Perform QA on site updates and assets (formatting, links, metadata, page layouts) and validate visibility in Google Business Profile
• Respond to client questions within 24 business hours and proactively surface issues with proposed solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and status notes in ClickUp; ensure all tasks are prioritized and track to completion
• Contribute to refining processes and playbooks for an AI-assisted SEO account management model

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital marketing, account management, or client success, including hands-on exposure to SEO fundamentals
• Strong grasp of SEO concepts (keywords, on-page elements, technical basics) and analytics/reporting best practices
• Demonstrated experience presenting performance insights using GA4 and Search Console; Looker Studio,Semrush proficiency
• Advanced proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello)
• Demonstrated experience and comfortable using AI platforms
• Excellent spoken and written English; clear, concise, and client-friendly communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Law Firms or professional services clients
• Experience with WordPress (ideally Elementor) and Google Business Profile

Schedule & Pay

• Part-Time position; approximately 15 hours per week to start, with potential to increase as the client portfolio grows; availability within 9a.m.–3p.m. Pacific Time, Monday–Friday (flexible within this window based on client scheduling)
• Fully remote role for a US-based client
• Pay ranges from R7500 - R9500 / ₱28,500 ₱36,500 per month
• Includes training on the agency's AI-enabled SEO system, growth potential as accounts scale, and ongoing skills development
