Job summary

AgentSync is seeking an experienced Full-Time SEO Specialist to own client SEO end-to-end from auditing to reporting. You will steer technical SEO, on-page optimization and content strategy while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Remote role with responsibilities including keyword research, backlink strategy, website copy optimization, and GA4/GSC setup. Strong agency experience and AI fluency are highly valued for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering results and increasing search rankings through SEO tactics across B2B and B2C.
• Strong blog, article, and website copywriting experience.
• Experience reading analytics and translating data into clear recommendations.
• Skilled at auditing client websites and digital presence to identify technical fixes and opportunities that inform SEO strategy.
• Experience applying SEO tactics on Webflow and WordPress websites.
• Experience setting up tracking codes, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Experience working at a marketing agency, ideally in Australia (preferred, not required).
• Strong AI fluency and an AI-forward working style.
• Intermediate-tier competency across SEO strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Audit client websites and broader digital presence to identify technical fixes and improvement opportunities.
• Create and implement SEO strategies tailored to each client.
• Conduct keyword research to inform strategy and content priorities.
• Manage technical SEO and on-page optimisation.
• Lead link building and off-site optimisation.
• Set up and manage tracking tools, including GA4 and Google Search Console, and install tracking code on client websites.
• Build reporting and dashboards where needed (e.g. via DashThis).
• Write blog posts and articles for clients to publish on their websites.
• Write SEO-optimised website copy.
• Manage and optimise Google My Business listings.
• Support the Digital Growth Manager with day-to-day SEO strategy and execution.
• Provide general support that reduces the agency's reliance on external contractor resourcing.

Job Title: Full-Time SEO Specialist

Location: Remote

Schedule: 40hrs/week, Monday to Friday from 9 AM - 5:30 PM AEST (inclusive of 30 mins. unpaid lunch)

Rate: ₱ 74,000 Basic +₱ 7,500 Non-Taxable Allowance (₱ 68,274.95 Net)
