Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to engage with clients across deployment and post-production phases. You will define requirements, design and prototype solutions, and mentor fellow consultants to grow the practice.

Ideal candidates will hold active Workday certification, have deployment or post-production experience, and possess strong communication and customer-service orientation. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred, with advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Active Workday certification required.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations or post-production support.
• Workday certifications or experience in modules such as PATT, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Reporting/Prism desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
• Conduct sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and provide solutions.
• Identify strategies and risks for post-production customers.
