Job summary

A leading RF power solutions provider in Cabuyao, Philippines is seeking a Sr. Technician in Wirebond Back-End Technology. The successful candidate will support engineering evaluations, bonding processes, and development activities. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and 4 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, particularly Copper Wirebond, are essential. This role offers opportunities for growth and is part of a diverse, international team.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent Engineering/Technical course.
• Must have at least four (4) years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• With experience in Copper Wirebond.

Responsibilities

• Support STR and engineering evaluations in compliance with work instructions.
• Au and/or Cu ball bonding using ASM and/or K&S machine.
• Development support for GaN OMP, LGA and QFN packages.
