Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Materials Engineering.
• Experience with SEM-EDX, DSC-TGA, Optical Microscopy, and Mechanical testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, characterize, and qualify next-generation materials for RF packaging.
• Drive continuous package improvements and support future integration platforms.
• Collaborate with NPI and Operations for robust project assessments.
