Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Windows Infrastructure) to support a predominantly Windows enterprise environment spanning on‑premises infrastructure and AWS cloud services.

The role focuses on maintaining reliability, security, scalability, and performance of critical applications and infrastructure. You will lead Windows Server, IIS, SSL/TLS, and networking tasks while driving automation and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise infrastructure with Windows focus.
• Experience administering Windows Server, IIS, SSL/TLS, and secure hosting environments.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, load balancing, firewalls.
• Security hardening and incident handling experience.
• Experience with AWS and hybrid on-prem/cloud setups; Linux basics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server-based infra across on‑prem and AWS.
• Manage IIS web server environments for critical apps.
• Handle SSL/TLS certs, encryption, and secure communications.
• Apply security hardening and vulnerability protection.
• Collaborate with dev/infra/security teams for deployments and reliability.
• Design and maintain automation using PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.
• Support incident response, root cause analyses, and ongoing improvements.
• Document procedures, review designs, and help define SLOs/SLIs.
