Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in Manila seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Windows Infrastructure) to support a predominantly Windows-based enterprise environment across on‑premises and AWS. You will maintain reliability, security, and performance of critical applications and infrastructure.

The role requires senior hands-on expertise in Windows Server, IIS, SSL/TLS, and networking, with a focus on automation, IaC, and collaboration with multiple teams to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong Windows Server administration, IIS, SSL/TLS and web hosting.
• Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, load balancing.
• Experience with AWS and hybrid on-prem/cloud environments.
• Automation skills with PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and troubleshoot Windows Server-based infrastructure on‑prem and AWS.
• Manage IIS hosting and SSL/TLS certificates; ensure secure communications.
• Implement security hardening, patching, and incident response.
• Develop IaC and automation to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure reliability.
