Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Windows Infrastructure) to support a predominantly Windows enterprise environment across on‑premises and AWS. The role emphasizes reliability, security, scalability, and automation to improve operations and service resilience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Windows Server, IIS, SSL/TLS, and security troubleshooting experience, plus scripting and IaC skills and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments with emphasis on Windows Server.
• Hands-on Windows Server, IIS, SSL/TLS, web hosting, and security protocol experience.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls).
• Security hardening and incident resolution experience.
• Experience in AWS and hybrid on‑prem/cloud environments.
• Scripting and automation with PowerShell, Python, or Bash; IaC with Terraform/Ansible/Jenkins.
• CI/CD familiarity, observability (Datadog/Splunk), and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server‑based infrastructure on‑prem and AWS.
• Configure IIS and hosting for critical business applications.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates and secure communications.
• Apply security best practices and vulnerability protection.
• Partner with development, infra, and security teams on deployments.
• Monitor health, performance, capacity; define and support SLOs/SLIs.
• Design and maintain automation using PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.
• Participate in incident response, RCA, and continuous improvement.
• Document procedures and infrastructure standards.
