Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture and interop between managed and native code.
• Proven track record of shipping production-quality desktop applications.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows and dedication to inclusive software.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop applications.
• Define best practices for Windows desktop development.
• Drive accessibility efforts integrating support for accessibility APIs.
• Collaborate with teams on feature planning and UI/UX architecture.
• Take ownership of full lifecycle of features from conception to maintenance.
• Identify and resolve complex performance issues.
