Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years in wind power construction engineering
• Experience with wind turbines, cranes and mechanical systems installation
• Knowledge of turbine erection methods and heavy lifting
• Experience in contractor and QA management
• English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractors' installation activities for wind turbine projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, on-time delivery and quality.
• Monitor erection, crane operations, and mechanical-electrical assembly per OEM specs
• Conduct site inspections, tests, and safety walks
• Review documentation, risk assessments, lifting plans, and MSAs from contractors
• Coordinate with turbine OEMs, logistics, and civil contractors for handovers
• Track progress and report deviations to Project Manager
