Job summary

MiraMed Philippines Group is seeking a seasoned technical SEO/web operations specialist to optimize the company website and ensure robust technical health. You will own performance, schema, and AI-ready search readiness while coordinating with marketing and IT teams.

The role involves implementing analytics, managing web infrastructure, and supporting US digital presence across multiple locations. Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in technical SEO, website technology, web operations, or a related technical marketing role.
• Strong hands-on technical SEO experience across crawl/indexation, schema, redirects, Core Web Vitals, and audits.
• Direct experience with WordPress or similar CMS and ability to implement changes independently while coordinating with developers.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Search Console, and conversion/event tracking, including QA and troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating websites with HubSpot and related data flows.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health and optimization of the company website, including performance, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and redirects.
• Manage technical SEO readiness, schema, internal linking, sitemaps, robots, and platform configuration.
• Own website measurement implementation across GA4, GTM, and Search Console, including event tracking and data quality.
• Coordinate with marketing tech stack integrations (HubSpot, forms, analytics, ads) and troubleshoot issues.
• Serve as the technical bridge between Content, Creative, Marketing Ops, IT, and external partners; translate requirements into implementation.
• Manage web infrastructure (domains, DNS, SSL, redirects) with IT governance.
• Support US digital presence with Google Business Profiles and location-based data accuracy.
• Identify and implement automation/AI workflows for QA, monitoring, and reporting.
