Job summary

Overseas, a mission-driven in-home ABA therapy provider, seeks a Senior SEO Specialist to own discovery across Google, local search, and AI platforms. You’ll build the organic growth engine end-to-end, handling technical SEO, content strategy, and AI search visibility with full ownership.

Based in LatAm or Philippines with a remote setup, you’ll manage local pages, profiles, and dashboards, driving qualified leads while aligning with healthcare guidelines in a full-time USD-role with US-hours

Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and business results.
• Strong technical SEO skills: crawlability, indexation, schema, and site architecture.
• Deep local SEO experience: Google Business Profiles, citations, and multi-market expansion.
• Experience building topic authority and content strategy in regulated or trust-sensitive vertical.
• Proficient with GA4 and SEO tools (Semrush/Ahrefs).
• Hands-on AI search optimization (AEO/GEO) and content structuring for LLM citation.
• Link building and digital PR experience.
• Conversion-focused mindset driving qualified leads and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize city/state/service-area landing pages and create a local SEO playbook.
• Own Google Business Profiles, directories, citations, reviews, and local visibility; track leads by market.
• Own technical SEO: crawling, indexing, schema, redirects, sitemaps; collaborate with engineers to fix blockers.
• Develop content strategy around how parents search; ensure clinical review and E-E-A-T alignment.
• Own visibility across AI search platforms; structure content for easy citation by search engines and LLMs.
• Identify external sites for autism/ABA questions; build presence there.
• Earn backlinks, directory placements, and expert mentions via digital PR.
• Build and maintain growth dashboard across Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools; report to leadership.
