Boomering is seeking a Senior Web Developer for ownership of our websites and digital platforms. The role centers on robust WordPress development, performance optimization, and secure, scalable web solutions.

You will collaborate with Marketing and internal teams to translate business requirements into practical web features, including AI-powered enhancements and automation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong WordPress development experience.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with Git and custom WordPress development.
• Strong website troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Website performance optimization experience.
• Responsive and cross-browser web development.
• Experience building forms and landing pages.
• Testing and deployment experience.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Working knowledge of website hosting fundamentals (cPanel/WHM, DNS, SSL, FTP/SFTP).
• Experience implementing AI-powered website functionality or chatbots is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve Boomering's websites and web properties.
• Develop custom WordPress functionality, pages, forms, and landing pages.
• Improve website performance, responsiveness, accessibility, UX, and technical SEO.
• Manage website updates, testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and bug fixes.
• Maintain website security, backups, hosting configurations, domains, DNS, and SSL.
• Support integrations between websites and third-party platforms using APIs and webhooks.
• Identify and implement AI-powered website features, chatbots, and automation.
• Support the development of digital products like online courses, portals, and knowledge bases.
• Maintain technical documentation and recommend improvements to web systems.

Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x Office; vice versa)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM PH Time Zone (Morning Shift)

Holidays to follow: Philippines (PH)

Salary Budget: Php 100,000.00 – 120,000.00 gross salary package

Boomering is looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer to take ownership of the development, maintenance, performance, and continuous improvement of our websites and digital platforms.

Your primary focus will be web development—ensuring our websites are secure, fast, reliable, responsive, and scalable. You’ll also have the opportunity to introduce practical AI-powered website features, chatbots, automation, and emerging web technologies that improve the digital experience.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing and other internal teams to turn business requirements into practical and reliable web solutions.

• Ideally 3–5 years of professional web development experience.
