Boomering inc is seeking a Staff Relations Specialist to support performance, engagement, retention, and day-to-day staff relations in a hybrid setup in the Philippines. You will act as a bridge between employees, internal teams, and client expectations to keep work aligned with goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, KPI monitoring, and resolving conflicts while promoting a positive work environment and compliance with labor requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in HR, staff or labor relations, team management, operations, or people management.
• Experience in performance management, coaching, and KPI monitoring.
• Strong background in employee engagement and retention.
• BPO, offshore staffing, or client-facing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance empathy with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employee performance against client KPIs and service expectations.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching, performance discussions, and documented reviews.
• Support employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence, targeting 98%+ compliance.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, conflicts, and operational challenges professionally and fairly.
• Identify training and development opportunities to improve employee performance.
• Collaborate with Client Relationship Partners and provide performance and engagement updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and applicable labor requirements.

Role Overview

The Staff Relations Specialist supports employee performance, engagement, retention, and day-to-day staff relations. You will serve as a key link between employees, internal stakeholders, and client expectations, helping teams stay engaged, supported, and aligned with performance goals.
