Job summary

VDA Global Services Philippines Inc. is building its in-house web development team to own ongoing development, optimization, and scalability of the digital presence.

The role starts with the core WordPress site and HubSpot CMS/CRM integration and will expand to acquired sites, including international brands like GUNN and D2E. The Senior Web Developer will guide web strategy, SEO/SEM/AEO, and site layout while collaborating with the marketing and IT teams to ensure cohesive technology alignment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web development experience, preferably with WordPress
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript; able to make technical decisions
• Experience managing WordPress themes, plugins, and customizations
• Experience with HubSpot CMS/CRM is strongly preferred
• Familiar with or interested in SEO/AEO/AI-driven optimization
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones with distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Own development, optimization, and scalability of VDA's digital presence
• Manage WordPress website, themes, plugins, and updates
• Improve Core Web Vitals and site performance
• Oversee hosting, DNS, SSL, and migrations
• Coordinate with marketing teams and international brands (GUNN, D2E)
• Integrate with HubSpot CMS/CRM and IT systems
• Support analytics, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
• Contribute to web strategy and content structure
