• Licensed Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a corporate setting.
• Proven experience in water supply and distribution projects, construction supervision, project planning, and project management.
• Experience overseeing multiple departments and office operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, EPANET.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsible.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
